Yes, picking up your purchase is available by appointment only. If packaging and delivery are required a price quotation will be issued prior to final sale transactions.

Names Gallery is registered to collect HST from Canadian customers, however, we are not registered to collect taxes on exports. If Use Tax is not collected it is the sole responsibility of the buyer to determine their local sales tax responsibility.
-
Our inventory can be found offered at major auction houses and the results of these auctions may affect the market price of our offerings.
-
The business is brand new, however, the operators have been in the industry for 30 years. We have been collecting artwork while operating a reputable art gallery in the heart of North Toronto.
-
We have procured our art from a variety of reputable sources. Including but not limited to: the original distributors of the prints, top auction houses, and international art galleries. Individual provenance information is available upon request via serious enquires only.
-
Pick-up is the preferred option, however, if delivery is required, we would have a service package the art that guarantees that it is delivered safely. Packaging, delivery, and insurance are the financial responsibility of the buyer.
-
After receiving an enquiry the communication starts (via e-mail, text, or phone). We will research current market pricing for the desired product (based on auction results and if there are others currently on the market). If the pricing is accepted, pictures of the actual product will be shared, and a description of the product and provenance will be disclosed. Once payment has been received in full (via electronic transfer or bank wire) arrangements for transfer of ownership (including delivery) will commence.
-
Some of the inventory is framed while others are flat paper requiring framing. The condition of the framing is secondary to the purchase as some of the moulding may be scuffed, scratched, or show other signs of wear. The artwork itself is all in pristine condition. The value of the works are based on the signed artwork alone.
-
For local buyers we can offer a discount through a nonrelated art gallery in Toronto. We ourselves are not framers.
-
Yes, all of the prints, paintings and sculptures are signed and numbered (unless they are original copies)

When we receive and inquiry we will respond ASAP. Upon confirmation of an interest to buy we will confirm availability, offer additional custom photographs, disclose if the item is framed or unframed and research the current market value based on recent auction results or availability elsewhere. This process can take up to 1 week to facilitate. Live viewing of available work will be offered. Payment must be made in full before delivery or pick up.
