David Hockney

David Hockney is a significant contributor to the pop art movement and as such is considered one of the most influential British artists of the 20th century. Hockney has experimented with painting, drawing, printmaking, watercolours, photography, and many other media. The subject matter of interest ranges from still lifes to landscapes, portraits, his dogs, and swimming pools. Hockney has been featured in over 400 solo exhibitions and over 500 group exhibitions around the world.
